I've been watching the show since the first season, and I'm so happy it's back again this year 8)

BUT, it kinda sucks that I work Thursday nights usually (the nights the new episodes play), so I have to wait until the FOLLOWING wednesday to catch the repeats T_T

Ah well... ANYWAY. Thanks to Youtube, here are a couple of my current faves/fave routines



Jessi Peralta - Vegas Week, 2nd Auditions:

Comments: This girl has impressed me since the very first time I saw her. I love how she moves.


Faina Savich First Audition (NOTE - The actual routine starts at 0:42, before that is just commentary/useless stuff):

Comments: Dunno how many of you know, but I'm a freak for ballroom-latin dance. Like, Iloveitsomuchholyfuck. Someone. Teach me. ANYWAY. I really liked this routine, it's so sexy and interesting. Though Faina looks like a freakin' stick figure. The girl has NO curve at all. I don't need her to be Beyonce or nothing, but a healthy body-weight would be nice >__<;; ~ Other than that, looooved it >D

Aaand, just because I love her to death... here's a bit of Snow! Now, this isn't her best solo... her audition, in my opinion was her best work, but silly youtube doesn't have it >_<;; ~ Ah well, the Lambada performance was good enough to showcase her stuff.

Snow was my favourite from Season One, and remains my absolute alltime favourite contestant PERIOD. I just love her. She is made of win.

I always thought Benji's little sister, Lacey was funny looking. Not bad, particularily, just a little ackward. Like, she was cute and all, but from certain angles she just didn't look right.

Dude. She looks like a man in drag. Normally, she doesn't... but Christ, this picture is brutal. Talk about worst possible angle, huh?

I'M SO EXCITED FOR THE ACTUAL COMPETITION TO START ON WEDNESDAY!!! XDDDDDD!!!

I'm currently cheering for Lacey the most. I know the most about her (mostly because of Benji). I thought that Jessi was a little gimmicky in her original audition, with the baby oil and all. I like Faina, but I don't really LOVE her (yet). So far I don't love anyone, but that will probably change after Wednesday's show.

I'm really hoping that there is a couple like Benji and Donyelle this season. They totally made me love the show last season, and their relationship was great to watch.

I've only seen Season 1 since Season 2 ended, so I don't really have a favourite, but I like Nick a lot. He's very much like Benji in the personality department, which is probably why I like him.

FOMG ME TOO, GAAH!

I like Lacey (because really, I like all Latin-Ballroom dancers. In fact, the only one I didn't love was Heidi, though I did like her... I just didn't like the way she danced her solos, for some reason... *shrugs*) - I think she's got a good shot, and she seems to have a great personality, like her bro ;D

I knoooow! Donyelle/Benji was one of my faves, I was so annoyed when they had to split up >_<;;;

Lol ~ Yeah, Nick was alright, I like Benji better though ^^; ~ I thought either Blake or Melody should've won first season though... I understand that personality has alot to do with winning, but I always find myself cheering for the technically superior dancers (like Allison in Season 2) ~

Oh, yeah I know what you mean about the baby oil bit... I didn't really like that xD; ~ But her Vegas solo really impressed me alot, the way she blended Hip-Hop and Lyrical... way cool *___*;

I like Faina because she seems so technically sound. In her performance with Staz every single motion was so clean and fluid... I really loved that audition. Also, their music choice was really good ^__^
